Made-to-order items

Each tee is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly. Please review the size chart and your selections before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or differs from your order, contact info@hackertac.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please contact us before mailing anything back.
