Overview

This website and online store are operated by Hacker Tactical. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hacker Tactical. These terms apply to your access to and use of our website, content, products, and related services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked below. Please read them before using the Services or making a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to do so. You agree to use the Services lawfully and to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

2. Products and made-to-order production

Hacker Tactical apparel and accessories are made to order through Printify’s production partners. Please review the product description, size chart, color, and other selections before placing an order. We try to display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary with screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

The price, available shipping options, and applicable taxes and charges for your order are shown at checkout before you submit it. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Orders are normally submitted to production about 24 hours after purchase. Contact info@hackertac.com promptly if you need an address correction or other order assistance. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. 5. Returns, refunds, and product issues

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy (https://hackertac.com/policies/refund-policy). Because apparel is made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly.

If an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or differs from your order, contact info@hackertac.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. Contact us before mailing anything back. These terms and our policies do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

6. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy (https://hackertac.com/policies/privacy-policy) describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Services. If these terms conflict with that policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

7. Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and images, is owned by Hacker Tactical or its respective licensors or rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services to commit fraud, violate applicable law or another person’s rights, submit false or misleading information, harass others, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the Services, subject to applicable law.

The Services may include links to or features provided by third parties. Third parties operate their own services and may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using a third-party service. A link does not by itself mean that we endorse that third party or control its content.

10. Website information and availability

We work to keep the Services accurate and available, but website content may contain errors or omissions, and access may occasionally be interrupted. We may correct website information and update or change the Services. Nothing in this section changes your rights concerning an order you have already placed or excludes a warranty, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Applicable rights and interpretation

These terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in them excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to use of the Services after the updated terms are posted and do not retroactively change the terms of an order already placed. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
